Discovery

Once upon a time there was a very lonely woman, living her life as she thought it was expected of her to live her life. This loneliness and depression eventually almost took her life by causing her to have two heart attacks. She felt death at her door when she could not even walk and or breathe normally. Suddenly she realized that she needed to change her life and be who she really felt she should be whether people accepted her or not. It became clear to her that it was more important to be alive than to be accepted. Anyway trying to be accepted had not worked at all. Her parents had never been happy with her no matter how hard she tried. With her husband, she tried to be the perfect wife by obeying all his whims and he had gotten bored with her and found someone who put up a fight to keep her identity an d kept him on his toes. She had also tried to be the perfect mother, but that too had failed. Besides her children were now all adults and did not need her anymore.
Looking back into her youth, sje discovered that music had been very important to her and began exploring by listening to the music she had once loved and new music that interested her. Strenghened by her music, she decided to take up yoga to help with her destroyed knees, and soon found out that her heart started getting stronger too.
Looking inside herself, she soon discovered a dragon spirit hidden inside that had been asleep and hidden because she had not understood what it meant and had been scared. She was helped in learning more about this wonderful discovery thanks to man who openly declared he was a dragon. Having accidentally discovered his site, she began asking questions. He helped her explore her inner being and even helped in healing deep emotional trauma that had caused her to be frozen into a mental and emotional coma. At first it was very hard, because when she first started awakening her inner being, her emotions overflowed and were hard to control, but eventually and with his help, she learned to ubderstand her emotions and to control them in a normal way, not hide them.
